· Rick gave an update treasure report, spent $20.00 on setting up web site. 14 Kitty Cats have been registered to race.

· Reviewed last months meeting notes.

· Committee’s are pretty well set up for this years events.

· Amy is finalizing waivers and will be sent to Rex and Rick by e-mail.

· Rick will add meeting minutes to web site along with address.

· It was agreed on that we would race with the lawnmowers at the Slo’s event this year.

· Rex to write a letter and try and get some Budweiser sponsorship funds for the club.

· It was also agreed on that we would ask a $50.00 donation from each sponsor to help club stay afloat.

· It was agreed that after each event we would set up some refreshments after race.

· Weiner will bring the tickets for the 50/50 raffle that we will have at each event. And will be announced after the races during our presentations.

· Cheryl will be providing a few tri-pod signs for along the roads.

· Last item discussed was the use of cleats to be installed on stock artic cat tracks for the mod stock class only so as to add support. The only reason this is being done is because of a problem getting Original Equipment tracks. Cheaper tracks don’t have enough track edge support and tend to bind in corners. If we see flagrant violation of this use this option will be eliminated for use in this class.
