Big Boy’s Kitty Cat Series meeting notes 11/18/08

Next Meeting 12/2/08 - 7pm @ Anchor Bay

I. Went over sled count at meeting looks like we will have approx. 4 pure stock sleds, 6 mod stock sleds, and 5 open mod sleds.

II. Went over rules and added some rules to each class and these rules will be finalized at the Dec. 2^nd meeting.

III. It was decided to start a 120 series stock class for this year. So far it appears like we only have two sleds as of right now.

IV. Discussed 09 schedule and group decided it did not want to go back to Slo’s place.

V. It appears our first race will be Anchor bay on Dec. 27^th, Amherst Fairgrounds on Jan 3^rd, Anchor bad ice day Jan 10^th, Rusty’s Jan 24^th, Club 10 Feb. 7^th, Anchor Bay Final on Feb 21,

VI. Sponsors will be same as last year, Custer needs to pay their $50.00 yet for last year and DJ’s will give door prizes for banquet. Mada will give trophies at cost.

VII. The King Family will take on the job of developing a small race program.

VIII. Points will be awarded for each class this year.

IX. Entry fee per sled is $20.00 per sled for the year or $10.00 each event.

X. At year-end if anyone is tied in points, points will then be decided by qualifications then by feature wins.

XI. Roche will do track inspections the day before each event to make sure they are in spec. 110’ long straights x 20’ to 25’ wide minimum.

XII. Drivers must be 15 years of age to race in men’s class; Mod- stock classes can be from age 6 to 15, no age limit right now in 120 series. We will have to see how many show up and class them accordingly.
